I don't know about Longmuirs 'lack of inventiveness' . He is looking for instinct, and while that needs a certain level of skill, certainly he is trying to give a license to players to pull the trigger on transition. Although Rory Lobb should have a good hard look at himself for that kick in the second before he came off. Our footy generally is far better to watch and would be far better for players to enjoy. And more competitive than the four years from 2016-19.
I like Duman, generally does nothing wrong. Like a taller swita without the tricks. Doubt I could find room for him forward though, just like it is hard behind an injury-free back six.
