Can we remember how Pav played at the same age.
I think Treacy is better at the same age .
Pav was definitely skinnier.And started at half back .
I dont think he had the same physical presence at the same age.

Yes skinnier was not a good choice of words.
I can remember after Pav's first training session when he passed out ,i was thinking at the time,you need to put on some weight,which i think he did before the first game.
i still think Treacy is more solid ,Pav had bigger thighs.
Anyway let's hope Treacy goes on to be a huge asset,which i think he will.

This is spiralling out of control a bit. Comparisons with Pav are a bow drawn too far. I can remember Lyn Foreman observing a circa early-mid 2000's Fremantle go about their pre-season paces at Perry Lakes while overseeing her charges, and remarking if she had Pav for a bit she could turn him into a first rate track athlete. I humbly contest that she would not make the same comment about Dic Treacy.
