Actually, it was that tackle out of bounds on Robbie Gray - where he staged and made it look like he suffered a broken neck and was going to end up as a paraplegic - that slammed the door on Ryan Nyhuis' career. He never made it back into the bigs after that suspension. Robbie did, miraculous recovery once the tv cameras were packed away - good to go the following weekend.
I've mentioned it before, but I was the only one who jumped up in my section and called out Robbie for staging. In a deathly quiet end at Optus it didn't go down all that well - probably why I remember it so well.
