At some point, I think it was early in the last quarter, GWS had taken a mark inside the fifty down at the opposite end of the ground. It was very quiet in the western end as the player went back to start his run up for a kick. Some peanut (a half dozen rows behind me) started bellowing out this long mournful "Booooo...". It was pointless, we were so far out in front it wasn't going to make any difference and the moose-call wasn't going to carry all the way down there. But he kept it up and gave it everything he had and the whole section came alive with laughs and jeers - when the bloke missed his shot we all cheered and clapped the loudmouth, what a champ.
That's game day experience, heaps more fun than being a potato on the home couch.
