Hes another clearance player when the ball hits the ground.

I thought Darcy timed his leads well and ran to the right spots also. We had Fyfe and Darcy down there and still insisted on kicking to the pockets.

None of them looked like they had any expectation of kicking a goal from in front, so you it might not just be Taberner.

How does a blokes like Fyfe, who has a pretty good opinion of himself in all other regards, continually line up for gettable goals looking like he expects to miss.

I thought Meek was working really hard to present as an option in the forward line, particularly in the last quarter. Unfortunately none of his teammates spotted him. I think I would have felt more comfortable with the ball in his hands shooting for goal than most of our forwards.
