I haven't got my (men's) physical pack yet, but the barcode came in an email a couple of weeks ago. Women's pack arrived 3-4 weeks ago and again the barcode preceded it in an email.

I can't find any barcodes or anything linking my membership to a seat. So, no card or pen, and instead of a hat we get a $30 voucher to the club shop, located in a remote part of town, that won't get used by most people, thereby saving the club a fair bit of money. Then when you call the club to enquire the phone hangs up on you.

Got through following the obligatory 20 min hold.
Oh yeah we are sending those out on Monday next week sorry for not letting you know. And he said that this is the case for everyone - no one should be able to see their barcodes in the app yet??
@kidmaple - not sure what you got but if it is bar code then you may have the golden ticket..
Absolute debacle - I asked "why why why would you not send a message to everyone telling them they are still coming and don't stress?" response was Yeah sorry about that.

I am seeing " THE FUTURE IS HERE " slogan when login on to the Freo site.
It looks like the "THE PAST IS STILL HERE" on the footy field and the members are doing
the hard work with " THE FUTURE IS HERE " with smart phones etc.
