I hope we land both of them.

It depends who we have on the rookie list. There are only two category B rookie positions and it looks like Leno Thomas will hold onto one of those leaving one position available for this season. I'm probably leaning towards Haddow for that one but Chris Walker didn't get a great go at it this year with injuries severely hampering his season.

We could potentially take one as a regular rookie but I'd imagine we'd be looking at giving long shot ruckmen/KPF's a year on the rookie list.

Hugh Dixon a chance if he applies himself to getting in better shape as this seems, from media reports, to be his biggest issue. We've already put a bit of work into him and he definitely has the talent and size to grab a key forward position in the future.

If we take 3 picks in the draft, one of Banfield, Bewley or Schultz needs to take a rookie contract.
We currently have 1 Rookie in Watson and 1 Cat B rookie in Thomas.
So we’d still have 2 Rookie spots and 1 Cat B rookie spot available,
This would be room for Chris Walker as a Cat B and Haddow and Dixon as Rookies, should we chose them. Is young Farmer also in this draft or next year’s draft?

Kobe has played as a small forward for peel as an underager, kicking a goal or two a game and racking up tackles. Looks good in the role but will need to push for some midfield time next year to showcase his skills a bit more.

Leave him doing what he's doing, let him continue to develop that hunger for goals that his dad had. Don't worry about midfield time, we got midfielders, we want a goal hungry crumbing forward, and he will fit that bill.
