That's fine but if you don't want your employees doing this sort of stuff, and there has been a lot of it, I think a few of them might need some extra support. Particularly since it is employment related stress.
I'm not talking about Jesse Hogan in particular but there's been a pattern of behaviour post season, and the bigger the pressure the players are under, the bigger the release is going to be. Seems like it would be more sensible to see that and try and avoid it continuing.
The league doesn't need another 2006 Eagles style explosion.
