Im currently in Melbourne and you can guess how this is playing out. You would think that this change of venue is the biggest impact of COVID (even more so thatn the 500+ deaths in the state). And all of a sudden the advantage that Brisbane will get in hosting the final along with the disadvanatged faced by Vic teams is a significant concern. No mention of Richmond's lead up run at the MCG last year!

I wrote a long, carefully researched and quietly eloquent reply to the Greg Baum article, Freo66, but they decided it did not meet their “community standards”. I assume that this may have been my assertion that the 50 year MCG deal was more corrupt than anything FIFA, the IOC, Formula 1 or the Trump White House has perpetrated.

I guess it depends which “community” it was whose standards I didn’t meet.
