I guess because he was fit to play, was going okay until he copped a corkie, played out the rest of the match from the square, was okay after the game and then did another hammy at training on Tuesday.

So, should we throw Webber in a pond and see if he floats?

As mentioned last week, “I’ll be livid if they bring back Fyfe early”. .... well guess what ... I’m beyond livid. A one week turnaround from a hammy was always risky and our experts got it wrong again. Given the lack of faith we have in these fitness gurus, it’s no surprise that many of us were sceptical about the ‘tactical’ move to keep Fyfe at FF for the second half of last week. We now know he was struggling and the hammy wasn’t right (regardless of the cork that compounded the situation).
I look forward to the day we get 80% of our best 22 on the park for a few weeks at a time!!

Weber is a joke. He's out of contract at the end of the year and has to go. Can't afford to pay him out due to already paying out other duds.
His list of incompetent decisions just keeps on growing. Sturt is another one to add to the list, that hasn't been mentioned.
Once again we have the biggest injury list in the comp and the most TBA's.

The way to look at this season now is to blood as many of our future talent as possible so we can at least see what they have. We need to get games into Meeks, Fredericks, Butters,Carter,Watson,Thomas, Valente,Henry, Pina, North, Dixon, and O'Reilly Not all at once but a couple a week and rest our proven stars on a rotation basis. We have to stop trying to make the eight and concentrate on next year, it's time to plan for a 2022 Premiership and stop dreaming of anything else. I would tolerate losing if our young players are learning and gaining experience.

Add in the fact we nearly destroyed Harley it is a complete and utter disaster. I don’t blame Webber on the injury itself but the rehabilitation is beyond poor.
I get Ross had his issues but getting a list on the park was a big problem.

Grffin Logue's "Turf Toe" is an injury usually associated with playing on hard grounds. The experience in gridiron players is that it became more common after artificial turf became more common on their sporting grounds.
Now that Fremantle are back playing in WA, we may have an advantage over teams in the Queensland hub in terms of risk of further injuries.

Sure injuries can't be helped....but the management of such injuries leaves me bewildered!
As does the decision to go surfing ('allegedly') with low grade hamstring injury.
Add to that...injured player Young gets bumped whilst injured and looking to go off ground...where's that protest????
Don't get me started on 'turf-toe'....beyond bewildering!
