You'd have to think that Fyfe in is a risk, especially with the derby coming up. I'd like to see a late change of Fyfe out and Blakely in .

You know it makes sense .

It's the Freo medicos that are the risk. Top men.

I’d love to know what CamMac has to work on to get into the team. The biggest weakness of our team the last few years was scoring, and our scoring has actually decreased this year; yet we have CamMac on the sidelines who kicks a 1.4 goals a game, lost half his body weight in the off season, and who still can’t get a game even when Hogan is out with an injury.

Fair enough if JLo wants to look at someone like Henry or Dixon or some other young bloke in the team, but you’ve got role players like Colyer (28), Shultz (22) and Bewley (25) in the same age bracket as CamMac keeping him out. I think CamMac has a lot more upside, especially hitting the scoreboard than any of those guys.

I feel like I’m missing something.

Also, i don't understand the rush to get Fyfe back, and agree Blakely should get a run, even if it's just for a week.

Maybe they're training Cam to hold up that brute of a magnetic board as Belly is about to give out.

What we need is tackling in the forward 50 - The Owl should be given a run until Mr Drinks Runner With a Coffee sorts his back out.

He's worth 4 goals a week if they get him right. You don't just tap into "upside" by waiting.

(i) I'll be livid if they bring back Fyfe and his hammy pings again
(ii) Sam Sturt now out of the team with a rolled ankle. Experts talk about games being decided by what goes on above the shoulders, in our case it seems to be a matter of what goes on below the knees.

I'd be livid if they sat a player on the sidelines "just to be safe". They're professionals, they don't cross their fingers and hope. He's right or he's not right.

I agree with half your post, Shane, the other half is wild speculation.

Banfield in for Sturt adds a bit of defensive pressure in the front half.

I also agree with part of what you say Shane. If he is right, he’s right. I’ve just lost faith in the people responsible for determining if he’s right. Our medicos haven’t inspired a lot of confidence.

Sturt was our best pressure forward against the Crows. We're losing out both offensively and defensively with the kid back in the clutches of Weber.
Nathan: When did you get balls?
Simon: I've always had balls you've just never seen them.
Nathan: That's the gayest thing I've ever heard.
