This horrible stuff with the three washed up blokes trying to do a Sky News After Dark style football show seems to have been resolved, with Nicky Winmar somehow having to explain the world to adult men once again.

But there comes a point where Mike Sheehan has to stop being allowed to distance himself from the sorts of ****holes he has decided to go into broadcasting with. Twice he's quit a show with Newman now. He knows what Sam Newman is. He is a publicity generating whore. He will do and say anything to get paid, and usually it involved the racist and misogynistic things.

It took a call from Adam Goodes to get him to quit the podcast. Adam Goodes has got better things to do that teach old men how about behaviour in a society.

It took too long for him to quit last time too. I think it's time to rule a line through Sheehan in the decent bloke list. He's just another old media tart who can't leave the stage.

Sheehan is a ghastly man. He has this way of slithering out of responsibility for these crap acts by "putting his hand up" after the event. As already stated, he knew who and what he was working with. He's the presses equivalency of Malthouse. He's a taker.

I feel I get on my soapbox around here too much these days, but I felt sick reading that revisionism. I'm glad others do too!

Yeah, hypen, outrage equals ratings equals money.

Besides, Newman lives for saying stupid things. Only bloke I know who's girlfriend decked him with his own car. Don Scott has never been a genius...too much biff back in the day and Sheehan seems to like chucking hand grenades into a room, then backing out and watching the fun. Some blokes just like to see the world burn.

All three have form and it's time they were all retired so they can spend their remaining days yelling at kids to get off their lawns
