Delisting him seemed like a mistake at the time and looks even worse now, but I don’t think it was realistic to hold out for a trade, and it wouldn’t have been fair to de Boer to make him wait until the end of trade period to start talking other clubs.

He played in Pav's last game - courtesy of Pav asking for him, I believe. He played very well and I'm glad that GWS saw how good he was and took him. There were a lot of things Ross and Rosich got wrong, and getting rid of De Boer was up there with the worst of them.
