The criteria for lifting all sorts of restrictions is seeing evidence that there is a significant drop in cases reported, and that continues. That's happening already.
It would not surprise me if the govt starts looking at easing restrictions in the next couple of weeks. But the borders will probably be one of the last.
If the AFL really want a comp this year, it'll probably be a meaningless lightning carnival.
