Very early days for sure but some positive signs emerging. The game plan looks much more positive and sharper. Skills although not perfect look better. Players look to have more confidence in each other with quicker ball movement meaning they dont hesitate in keeping the ball moving.
Players look to be enjoying the new game style. Apart from the obvious standouts I can see some of the fringe players looking a lot better such as Crowden who looks very well suited to the short sharp chipping game, Duman, Logue, Watson and Banfield also should be more effective.
