Quasimodo, you make it sound like we are a really shallow bunch. But basically you are right. I have a fairly high threshold when it comes to losing, but by the end of last season I was near the edge. Win a bit and supporters will be on the wagon. Win and look good doing it and all is forgiven.

Quasi, I think most of us could forgive some of the losses, if we were being entertained, but to get excited by seeing the highlights packages of draftee after draftee, and then watching them get played out of position, play under unsuitable game plans, and be restricted in how much of that flair and excitement they were allowed to show, of course we voted with our wallets.

The club should just send out a questionnaire.
Question 1. What would improve your member experience 2020.
49% of members Answer is more wins.
49% of members Answer less loses.
2% Answered more drink vouchers.
No need for a Members Advisory Forum for a footy club unless its to vote for the correct sausage's for the game day sausage sizzle.
Which is very important with Plant Based, Vegan and Blood Based requirements for members.
I made the wrong decision with the tomato sauce once, believe me it's is a high pressured role.

The club has been treating us like mushrooms for the best part of a decade and we are still here, still supporting the players and most “members” are still handing over cash each year. Why would they suddenly decide to give us more say in how the club is run? It would be like one of the big four banks deciding that account holders were more important than share holders.
