Welcome aboard Blake, now is the time to realise your potential and show what a 190cm midfield bull can do.

He's been played out of position at half forward the past year or two as he deals with injury and inconsistency but he has shown periodic glimpses of what he could be. He averaged 21 touches the 2 years leading up to his stint at half forward in 2019 so lets hope he goes back to that form where he may be able to tear up a wing and provide a big body in the middle.

He's a good marking player, has a good burst of speed and his kicking is solid so there's plenty of potential there. He just needs to find consistency and the footy a little more. If being back home in sunny WA can't bring the most out of his game then nothing will. Have a big one in 2020 Blake.

I like Acres. I think it's a good get for us. I particularly like the optionality of a big mid like him. I don't think St Kilda used him that well, and I think he'll improve here. And I reckon Fyfe can afford to push a bit more forward, which will make us more dangerous.
