When a new coach is appointed don't they usually appoint the ass coaches they want to work with? Does anyone know what is happening with ours? Guerra has been given the boot, so there is one spot available? What about the others?
Wouldn't you be hoping that a novice coach might have at least one experienced ex AFL or assistant AFL coach to assist and advise? Not the bunch of no names that Roly assembled around himself.
Also wasn't there going to be another review into our medical and rehab team due to our continued long term injury woes?
We supposedly had one last year, but we heard nothing and things were just as bad, if not worse this year. Does Longmuir have any say in these appointments? Because if you were an incoming coach this would be of great concern.
