DS - I wasnt quering her credentials at all, I agree with all of Shanes comments in the clubs decision to appoint.
If I was nominating or making myself available to be on a coaching appointment committee, then I would clear my diary to ensure I would be available at all the interviews.
That would be a non negotiable IMO..surely the actual interview stage is about 90% of the decision process??
