For the passed 5 weeks, on a Tuesday, I’ve stayed logged on to the AFL website in hope of reading that RoLy has fallen on the sword I sent him.
Fingers crossed for tomorrow....

There's some good posts on other threads about Rosich, his fixed mindset and the need for him to keep up the appearance of "winning". That would be an admission of failure and that's not in the DNA of a narcissist.

If the board were to consider removing someone, it seems more likely that it would Rosich and he would be given an option to step down on his own terms, at some point of his choosing between now and 2025.

But if that point was at the end of this season, there would need to be an extensive search for a new CEO before they hired Stephen O'Reilly or Peter Mann. The new CEO would be irresponsible to remove a coach straight, away without being over the details, and by that point it would be too late to find someone new, so Ross would stick around another year and see out his contract.

Admittedly, after the Annihilation Derby I stayed away from the net, tv and radio for a day. Then I figured I should tune back into the world and see who our next coach was going to be and what fallout there was down at Dooker Control. On the Sunday I rejoined the outside world and found...nothing, nadda, absolute zero had happened.

You're dreaming FD - my theory is that the universe split (or something) and a whole different reality is in full function. I accepted that - what choice do you have - as it seems the past four football seasons were still operating the same and that the split had occurred a long time ago.

I do want to hear from Stakeholder Steve, he's been awfully quite of late. Time to lead Steve, by that I mean be authentic, transparent and honest. You'd be amazed how far it gets you.

Luke nailed it straight after the derby: it's "F*&^%$#g bulls*&t"

It's taken years for the world to come together to agree. There's a lot of love for Ross. That's ok, I don't doubt he is emotionally invested in this club, however his time is up.

Personally I think heaving the CEO and introducing a transparent culture is the first call, so an overhaul of the football department can proceed impartially, without fear or favour to CEO proteges.

I think if we have more dollars than "sense" then onfield success is another thing.
Look on the bright side...
Sandi is not down and gets to play another week.

Anyone ask themselves "...What do Fremantle stand for?" Take a little time to question yourselves.

For me, it's been denial, corporate weasel words, and unwatchable football, for a long while now. A drovers dog would have achieved with our list from 2012-15, 2012 was the one we should have won, because the Hawks weren't ready. We are and have been torching player's careers in front of our eyes since. And a premiership by 2020 was a bald-faced lie. The closely guarded plot to hatchet Harvey, and head-hunt the mercenary Lyon into the club all those years ago, has failed, completely.

These are, in fact, our wilderness years.
