I still believe that the Docker's issues is the list management and not the coach. drafting and trade choices have been very poor. Ross does not manage this. The list is overrated in my mind. On the inside of the club Ross is well respected by players and his commitment, resilience and capacity cant be questioned.

There will always be ten of eighteen coaches who are living on the edge.

Oddly enough, it’s only the sides with good lists ie quality drafts and recruiting, age/experience spread is the right mix and low injury rates that are doing well.
