Seriously, we continuously seem to make poor choices in our drafting, or manage to turn youngsters with potential into run of the mill or even less, players.
We can't seem to do anything right at our club and it's so disheartening and getting harder to take.
We can't keep going like this. Something needs to happen.

It may not be the big emergency that you think. If Shane's comment about Roly trying to get the board to sack him has any merit.

Imagine the 'potential' scenario where Roly keeps arcing up in the media while playing guys out of position and losing horribly for the rest of the season. The board reacts to crowd noise and gives him the flick. He gets paid out for next year and Freo pays the AFL equalisation tax.

Then......he announces the long term deal as head coach at Carlton.

It's not bad when you can get overpaid twice for underperforming.
