I think it’s a quite reasonable approach.

I don’t think anyone here would say let’s go through another year of trying to get HB up and about. We gave it a real go ....all they are saying is he’s damn talented you try to get him right if you can. If I was HB I’d appreciate that.

They had so much belief in Harley, but sadly more belief in the people within the club trying to get him right.

If they were dead-set on a 4 year crack, what would have made more sense would have been to replace the guru(s) who failed to get him right after 2 years, with a new guru(s) and a fresh approach (and 2 year opportunity) to get him right.
