I'm glad I'm not the only one scarred by Akta Vite in their childhood.
Reminds me Captain Holt: "Chocolate is the devils carob. And carob is Satan's raisin."

Why does this remind me of the Three Yorkshiremen

for the record being of Croatian background I didnt drink Milo, ovaltine, activite, quick or horlicks as a kid. Just a shot of rakija straight, that put a fire in the belly before under 8s footy training.

About 40% proof. Did your dad prefer to use his plums or his apricots when making that rakija, Quasi?

Some bloke called Ferrero saw Shane's mum putting Milo on bread and thought, "that's a bit gritty, think I'll add hazelnuts and turn it into a spread."

The rest is history.

Alex loves the stuff.

You have not lived till you have had your Milo sandwich buffered with some smiths chips on tip top white bread with proper butter.

Hard core Milo drinkers always use the vegemite spoon to mix their Milo up.

Of course real milo drinkers would only stir with the Vegemite spoon AFTER their brother had licked it

A Milo smiths white bread sandwich will do that to the world.

Anyway, you need a spoon to stir the milo up out of the tin under the milk so that it makes the Milo bubbles on top. These are the ones you scoop out and dump on top of the arrowroot or granita biscuits you nicked from the other tin.
