I was at a party the other week and Brad Hardy's name came up loudly from one corner of the room. They had a drinking game going and a large bottle of Monte Alban Mezcal on the table almost empty. They called the little guy at the bottom of the bottle Brad Hardy and no one wanted it. He's probably still there but now in someones rubbish bin.

Drubbing eight years is harsh any coach that has a cub finish top of the ladder has currency. So this equates to at most 4 years since he had value.
If this claim is correct, I would be disappointed if he has approached the club, and would prefer he focus on this year. I would be encouraging him to explore his options and let him know that the club is also exploring theirs.

Despite where we find ourselves right now it would be unfair to say that he hasn’t delivered anything.
Whether or not we part ways with Lyon in the near future, he still coached us to our first grand final appearance, and earned for the first time, genuine respect from the wider football community for our football club.
