After the next 7 games we will know if we are ' in it'. Do not want to jinx today, but we are very much on track to get 15 wins. Especially if we can take out a struggling Hawthorn in Nth Antartica in rd 16.
It's just a matter of we can bring the next 6 rds down to our level enough to win?. And, not get beaten up too much in the process.!
On Jan 24th, I thought that for the next 7 rds, we' account for Essendon and Brisbane and hopefully pick up 1 or 2 of the others (Adelaide, Port, maybes, ...not Richmond or Collingwood..or Melbourne.).
Not so sure about that now,.... but still think outcome might be the same.
Reckon we could do both Adelaide teams, and Melbourne, and hopefully sort out 1 or 2 of the others (Essendon & Brizzy or Tigers)
So, win more than half of those 7 and we are 'in it' -ie the 'real deal ', but , anything less puts us with the rest of them.
Lose all 7 -( which is still highly possible)- we are schmucks ...and, Roly' s out!
After rd 13, the rest of the season is a doddle!
