This is where the terrible way the club treated the Wiz and didn't provide him with a send off may hurt.
He was one of the most popular players we have ever had and deserved a proper send off.
Bugger letting him get to the Melb Academy - Lets get him to a private or specialist footy school and look after him ourselves.
If he is half the player his Dad was we would be on a winner

Jeff was so popular, because he loved the supporters for what they bring to footy, and he loved to entertain us. Away from the limelight, he was gave a hell of a lot to those who he thought were not quite as fortunate as him, and knowing where he came from, that is an incredible attitude for him to have. His enjoyment of taking a speccy or kicking the impossible goal is something that has been coached out of footy these days, more the pity. If his young fella can bring that to Freo, he's worth it as far as I'm concerned, never mind the rest of it.
