Those amongst us because they're still on the waiting list for That Other Pack of Mongrels will boo anybody that makes us look like them. If anyone around me starts booing Crozier I'm going to stand up and call them out on it. I'm sick to death of having them swagger in with a members lanyard, poncing around and getting pie-faced on our grog, whining about our players and making fun at Nat's arm sleeve and our OERF fireworks wagons, I'm going to shame them for it.

I do think, with a more attacking type of game plan, Crozier could have made a name for himself as a wing/half forward, but the skills required to play there under the current regime are not a common commodity.

Im not too sure Freo supporters have ever booed a former player have they??

I mean, maybe a mercenary like Croad or Tarrent, but - I'm pretty sure we didnt go there either.

I'm not certain we've ever got stuck into someone that we developed, at somepoint loved, and then let go.

Trying to think have we ever booed Mayney, Jess sinclair, Crowley, De Boar, Barlow, Spider, Bandy, ??

Definitely not!

So I couldnt imagine us having a crack at Crozier.

Umpires on the other hand...well...thats a different matter. But - even that - is based upon our fine & complete understanding of the rules of the game.

Compare that to that lot down the road...

Booing umpires should be mandatory, when they are exiting the ground at the end of game. Win or lose...they need a good old boo. I mean, they do a lot of running. They need some recognition, and buggered if anyone would ever clap them off.

If you're a flog, I'm going to boo you. It's got nothing to do with what colour or sex you are.

I won't boo Mayne, Neale or Crozier, they are all good guys. Even Sheridan is OK, even if he isn't AFL standard.

Goodes might have been a champion player and Australian of the Year but he was a whiny flog who liked doing war dances to the crowd but didn't like it back the other way after he did it.

As far as umpires go, the only non-flog is Sally Boud.
