Just wondering if anyone has enjoyed anything tasty to eat at Optus. We’re driving up for the Mundy’s 300th and will probably be a bit peckish when we arrive. Any suggestions welcome.

Steak and mushroom pie sells out quickly, although you risk being driven into the sea by Steak-only purists on Dockerland.
Alternatively, the baked potatoes with fillings are pretty good.

I strongly suggest you get something before you get to Optus. It's a 6.10pm game, so hopefully you'll have plenty of time to stop in somewhere. I did a bit of a whip around last season if you're looking for ideas.

If you have to go straight to the ground, and you can still get one-off passes for the Supporters Club, maybe give that a bash. The food in the Riverview Room before the game is ok, and there are a few options.

The pulled pork burger was ok but at $13 pricey. Chips are edible but barely.

Dont try the nachos they are foul. I havent been brave enough to try the pizzas, they look like they are covered in cat vomit.

Pies are Ok as they are Mrs macs. otherwise not much to choose from.

The beer is mid strength but the single fin tastes like full strength single fin so that what I tend to drink. Mrs Quasi seems to think the wine is Ok and seems partial to the bubbly.

If you have the time, the $15 chicken wings at the Camfield was tasty and plentiful. It’s a bit of a hell hole on game day though.
