What Roly (they) did do very well - and ought be commended for it - is '"drew the line in the sand" about 2 years ago, and sent him back to Peel to sort himself out.
Yeti didnt like it at the time - and he wasn't wrong to question it - but RoLy and the selection committee held their nerve and kept him there until he learnt how to dominate an opponent / got confidence, to progress.
He has been a different player since, and if he gets his kicking sorted out, he will be a force to be reckoned with, especially of a bloke like Hogan is down there distracting a few backman.
He'll have his "Clive" moments, but he will certainly give a few opposition coaches a headache. Lets hope he can 'back to back' games from here on in and keep injury free.
Well done to you,Hypen, for your Nostrodamus-like insight, but you had to make up for Hilly's calf withdrawal last week.
!'d like to acknowledge Yeti, who has been far & away Tabs' most vocal and strident (& combative) supporter and I reckon he might have been a bit vocal & excited yesterday....
