Hogan leading, Hogan in the goal square, Hogan in the middle...if our mids and half backs kick it to the opposition advantage, and our forwards (including Hogan) do not move and at least point to where they want it...then we look crap. Ok, the ball carrier sees a pack or a one on one in our forward fifty...NO, NO, NO...don't just bomb it, kick it to the advantage of at least one of our talls, or anyone really. This means a quick look or feel for the game, that means you kick it to the front, or left or right, or wherever it feels will benefit your team mate. Bombing it is just a little silly at times, sometimes necessary, but mostly can be a controlled kick if the player just has a feel for the bloody game!
