We didn't need to embark on a mass culling process, the players were fine it was how they were doing it the problem. Those missed years with one of the best teams in the league, all those injuries, that burn out.

It was all so unnecessary, yes that's clear now. A better balance between offence and defence was all we needed.

Just tell me this, why didn't anyone speak up earlier? Yeti, Shane, Drubbing.....why didn't you say something?
