He is only interested in keeping the bad publicity for Freo on the back page for as long as he can. The test case will be how long he continues with a Freo "good -news " story. I think everyone is jumping to conclusions about this being a bad move grabbing Hogan.. I still think it will prove to be a great move.. Just wait a few weeks till he is kicking bags and this will all be forgotten

Here was my point and it wasn't about Hogan it was about letting the cobblers cobble as it were. Jesse may ending up kicking a 1000 goals for all I know but the staff went through a process, made a recommendation and that got knocked down by guess who. That's not a healthy sign.

I also wanted to prove a point about hanging onto those two early draft picks when you all bagged me out when I said trading was wrong. So for the next ten years when the timing suits my argument I'll be reminding you all of this.

I don't agree with that. There are a lot of factors at play in a football club and someone needs to be at the top of the chain, making decisions that take into account. That person should be the football manager.

The story about the recruiting of Hogan has been published in at least three different ways. The reason for that is there is so little structure and accountability at the club that no one knows who's actually running the show. I would suggest that is because we hastily recruited a football manager who was still learning on job and a coach who doesn't take any interest in half the things a coach needs an understanding of, because he lets the cobblers do the cobbling.

I think Lyon pretty much only does media these days. And what a tired show that is. If it were a sitcom it would have been cancelled in 2015.
