Anyway, that aside, Instagram, facebook etc are full of appalling comments by man, woman and beast. Often the target is male - there are many instances of crude and lewd remarks by women targeting male athletes in similar poses . Offensive remarks are rife in social media, whether it's idiot west coast supporters constantly linking Nat Fyfe to our women's team, or some other peanut trying to be funny about Tayla Harris kicking the footy. I don't know how many times I've reported blatant outright sexism in the comments on the west australian facebook page regarding Nat Fyfe (much of which I think is highly offensive), but let me tell you it is a lot, and I won't stop berating that mob until they take that rubbish down for good. Don't get me started on the trolling of Jesse Hogan on social media.
Yeah I know, I don't have to read that stuff. But it is there for all to abuse.
