Ross states he's coaching "better than ever". Most on here can't accept that as factual.
There are five possible explanations for the 'most of us'
i) he is right and we are wrong
ii) he genuinely believes it
iii) his frontal lobes (brain) aren't working well and he's lost insight
iv) he is just purposely lying
v) he has been misquoted

With only his other statements and his track record to go by you would have to lean away from options i) and v). It is improbable, but not impossible, that he has no insight into current problems (option iii), which leaves two options and neither of them fill me with any joy or hope

You guys need to lighten up and start taking Rosich seriously. What is your problem?
I know where he’s coming from. I was recently asked to undertake a 360 degree review and I just told the boss to bugger off. As an alternative I agreed to a 0 degree review. After taking a good hard look at myself, reviewing my KPIs, reflecting on my past mentors and checking my bank balance, I came to the conclusion that I was working better than ever. I also reminded my boss that if he didn’t back me up it would look bad for him because he was the doofus who hired me.
So leave Rosich and RoLy alone, they clearly know what they are doing

Shane, super post regarding the comments regarding the two poor souls we’ve lost on our watch. It’s not appropriate to u beaut, but u nailed it 100%.

The club is sloppy at the moment and the on field results prove that.

Better coach now may be true, I don’t think he was ever a great coach and he’s been a disaster for a large part of his tenure. The last few years have been negligent at best.

Not sure if there is going to be a second coming with this guy and I’m not sure what measure of failure will be the catalyst for change considering how bad it’s been.
