Anyone else having trouble viewing club videos on their web app?

I get into the website ok and can read articles but when I try to view a video it crashes out....reverts straight back to the App.

Any advice/help would be appreciated.

They might have broken it to force you into their app.

What sort of phone and browser? If you're on Chrome, it has been giving me a lot of issues lately, which I think is Google being weird on security. Maybe try Firefox for a bit if that's the story.

I've just tried it on my phone, both the FremantleFC app and using Chrome to access the website and both worked fine for me.

I'm using Android 9, Chrome 7 latest version of the Freo app

edit: If you are using the app on Android, one thing you can try is go to settings / applications (this will vary a little depending on which Android version you have), delete Cache and Stored data and the uninstall the app.

Reinstall and try again.

If you have an Apple device (my sympathies) but try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

If needed you can do all of the above with Chrome and that may fix your issues.

Cheers for the info Shane and Yeti, I’m using an iPad and Firefox and just deleted the App and reinstalled but still not working.

It’s a weird thing as I go into the News section, it loads all the choices and I can read articles but it dumps me back to the main iPad app screen when I try to watch a video.

Yeah I don't know about iPads so much but with Firefox you can delete things like cookies and cached data under settings / security? or privacy.

Do that and it may fix the issue.
