Sustained-continuing for an extended period or without interruption.
Success-the accomplishment of an aim or purpose.
If you were involved with a club, business, school, anything actually and the head honchos said they had a model for sustained success in the future you may very well get on board. When that model does not bring success, but failures such as the biggest drop from top finish in the game's history, most consecutive goals kicked against any side in the game's history and most 50 pt or more losses in a season in the games history anyone in their right mind would say that they have not achieved their stated goals.
As I've said, I expect improvement next year, but have expected that for the last two seasons. Here's hoping it happens but please don't try and say that with this sustained success model model they put in place that they expected to win 4, 8 and 8 games in the last three seasons.
If you were told this when they were trying to sell this model it would rejected as a ridiculous model that doesn't do as it states.
