What sort of organisation puts out a press release about a management restructure when they haven't restructured management. All they've done there is reword the titles and list the CFO job as senior management so the two lists look a bit different.

How much is it costing to print new business cards just so they can continue their story?

Hypen, I know you weren’t looking for an actual answer, but many organisations don’t have a specific ‘people and culture executive’. Often that responsibility on the executive team is handled within the remit of a CFO or general corporate executive (as it is with the Eagles). Below that often sits a Head of HR (or whatever it is called in that organisation).

It’s fair to say there are very few organisations where most of the key/expensive personnel arrive via draft or trade.
