Colin was always one of my favourite non-Freo players, I loved watching him play. He was so hard at it and could seemingly do anything on his day, fly for marks, go in hard as a bull at a ground ball, break through tackles and kick miracle goals. As such, he was a regular in my DuFFLe side and I was stoked to sign him as a free agent to Freo.
That didn't work out but I won't forget the great games he played at Melbourne and the fantastic things he could do on a footy field. Very sad news and I wish his family all the best through this tragic time.
