I remember a year when Pav was taking some criticism here for not using his size to lay some tackles. Then he charged down some poor player on the wing and t-boned him into the nether nether. It was awful to see, you had to scrunch your face and turn away from the tv as if it was a 4 Corners expose on animal cruelty. Honestly, when the ball flew out on impact I thought it was the other player's noggin. But it was also thrilling to see - he gave away a free and (if memory serves me right) he got suspended for it.
You got to be careful what you wish for - Menzel' s a bloody good goal kicker, that should be enough.
