I don’t ever expect any club to be able to field there best 22 but one day it would be nice to see something approaching this lineup. We could argue around a couple of positions but overall not a bad team.

Tabener. Lobb. McCarthy

I thought Logue improved in every game he played before injury. Hamling is a better full back than Pearce. A bit quicker off the mark and can go with the speedier FFs. Pearce will be the better all round backman though.
Steven Hill is a worry, but still the best option if his body is right.
Hogan more mobile than Lobb at CHF plus Lobb will need to ruck so less work to do at FF
McCarthy should go well now with the talls to cover for him
I honestly don’t know enough about Colyer to put him in although I can’t imagine the club would get him in unless they saw him in the starting 22
Unfortunately I’ve lost hope with Harley as much as it pains me to say. Coulda been a champ.

I’m sure he’s been carrying some sort of injury. He’s been far too good a player to give up on just yet. He definitely has some pressure on him though, Langdon Cerra and Colyer capable of taking his spot. Maybe even Logue could play on a wing

This is, in case you've forgot, Stephen Hill you're talking about. Those other guys mentioned may be pretty quick, but even if they tried their hardest collectively they couldn't kick a ball even half as good as the #1 Hill. Sorry, unconvinced - but agree that he's carrying some kind of problem that needs fixing.

Jesus H Christ. The only reason Stephen Hill's career can possibly be seen as fading away is because we don't know how to manage soft tissue injuries and he's being played on a bloody half back flank instead of a wing or in the middle.
