Disappointing to see Brady delisted. Great bloke to have around the team just for pure effort.
Tackled harder than most even though he was down to one shoulder last season.

Loved watching Brady’s effort and it’s unfortunate he can’t fit in to our squad. Every team needs players who give their all and Brady was one of those.

He should fit into our squad. You need blokes like Grey and deBoer on the list who don't play every week but can come in and adjust and earn their spot. We have too many players who were insurance plans that we can't get rid of.

Kersten, Taberner and Sandilands all better players than Grey but they won't get used in 2019 because someone else will be in their spot. That's three spots and probably 10% of the salary cap.

There should be a spot on the list for Grey ahead of others there. It's poor list management to be forced to delist useful players purely because their contract is up and players of less use still have a year remaining.

All of a sudden we have 6 ruckman on the list, half of them useless and a desperate need for in and under players. Delisting Grey is a bad decision.

DeBoer leaving left a gaping hole in our tackling stocks, a player willing to put his heart, soul and body on the line. Brady filled that roll nicely. VERY bad decision.

I would suggest he has been delisted due to a complete lack of skill.
Cmon we cant bemoan a lack of skill mid year and then cry when good blokes get delisted.
Seriously, if you didnt have your eyes covered when Brady had the ball then you werent at the games..
Despite being on a AFL list for five years, my 7yo boy has a better kick..
No doubting hes a goer but turnovers kill you in the modern game.
I wish him all the best. He will a fantastic player in a second tier comp..

I agree Demo.
Non stop hair pulling on DL (myselft included) over the butchery from our players and the rightful fawning over the surgical precision of 4 time Premiership Hawks players. At one point just about everyone on here was screaming for us to recruit better skilled players.

So we delist all our crab kickers including Mayney, De Pig, Barlow, Sutcliffe and now Brady.

I love Brady Grey, who wouldnt? .. but maniacal pressure and 100% endeavour can be taught. In fact thats one thing Ross Lyon is proven to be great at. I believe essentially skills are not taught, they are recruited in.

I say stick to our (recent) guns. Speed, elite skills, WA boys. Dont lose focus. Stay the path.
Unfortunately that means good bye to Cam, T-bone and Brady.
