To the impatient and the dismissive posters, you should read that article more carefully. Anyone who has gone through having a child tested - for autism or other special needs - and especially this lady with 2 other small children to look after - will know that she speaks truth. Melbourne does have good facilities for diagnostic testing so sure take advantage of that while there, but you need an employer that gets it and reasonably helps out. As for TK not being a good parent, that is harsh. I see a young inexperienced young man struggling with some particular family challenges, who deserves better from his manager, and probably from his club too. Geelong: engage.
