Im actually not too worried by the LN thingo... maybe in years to come it'll be viewed as akin to the Judd / JK trade...
Provided ,off course, our part time CEO / list manager can put a sensible deal together....
Think moves like this are the ones mature, professional clubs make. We can't get bogged down in sentimentality....as much as we'd love to keep and hold those we have adored for a long time....
So, do we keep aging stars until they are 'clapped out' or do we trade whilst they still have inherent value...?? Million dollar question, and there are more than legitimate " Pros & Cons " and its hard to do if you are not a " destination club" , but I think we have to be a bit more proactive in this space going forward.
So, let Lachie go...but by gawd, get a lot for him...!!
