Yes, whether Ross stays or goes I think JLo is definitely someone that needs to be bought home in some coaching capacity. Closer to home I'd also like to get Kepler Bradley on board after he's done some useful work with Claremont reserves over last couple of seasons.

JLo left the Slime last year for Collingwood. He’s been in the Smile’s system for almost a decade. So he takes with him significant IP to Collingwood. That surely should’ve helped Buckley beat them at least once this season after two meetings. What the hell has he contributed to the Pies. Yeah nah, he’s be the last bloke I’d want to see take the reins at Freo.

Yeah nah. Collingwood went from 13th last year to 3rd this year. Now what if J-Lo had just a tiny bit to do with that?

9 wins last year to 15 wins this year.
We of course had wins 8 wins last year and 8 wins this year and stayed 14th.

You can't rate that RM, but thankfully Jezza knows all the best coaches in waiting apparently.

And then to say that he's no good because they haven't beaten West Coast just makes you realise that he's gone off to his happy place again, because we can't remember the last time SuperRoly actually coached a side that beat them.

J-Lo has coached more games for West Coast than he played for Fremantle. As Nathan Wilson said, if you're from WA you are an Eagle or a Docker. J-Lo's carpetbaggerry has no place at Freo. You think Lyon doesn't take Derbies seriously, wait until there is an Eagles-colaborator in the job! Do you really think, if given the choice at this point, that Langmuir would choose Freo over West Coast to coach? I'm sick of being a club populated by people who would rather be working for the Eagles. Look what blokes like Rosich and Harris did to the off-field side of things.

And I shall maintain that view until I die, or he returns to Freo and helps us win games.
