TBH, who really knows what goes on with the Ass Coaches, although I'm totally disappointed at not winning Head of the River.

There are stories that they are only yes men but I haven't seen any real evidence to support that and I'd like something a little concrete than rumours. I will say we don't 'seem' to get all that much from them and the contribution from the Ass Coaches should be under regular review every season anyway.

The only way you can be sure of anything is a full review conducted from outside the club and we all know that is an unlikely happenstance.

RM, Noddy isn't wrong. Neither are you.

Poor recruiting is definitely part of the problem. We can't make up our minds if we are going for youth or picking up mature players but our recruiting strategy has been weird.
