Not enough escalators to the third tier. Cup holders turn into splash back booby traps when the guy in front gets overly excited by the game and then bangs his arse back into the seat.

Wish we had the new stadium at Subi.
Nevertheless, the good points: transport via different options; the train line into the stadium; the sightlines; clean and available toilets
The bad: overheated and hard pies and sausage rolls (when you can find them); trains that still wait to be filled up before leaving.

Overall it’s been pretty good I reckon. Transperth has done a great job with the buses. I rode my pushie to a few games and noticed a heap of people getting on the bus at Bassendean train station. Not sure why you would take the train when you can get dropped at the front door by the bus without the station change over. The $6 chips are hot and plentiful. The $100 access to the skyview room was a total waste of money and I am kicking myself for falling for the hype. They will struggle to sell many next year at that price. The stadium itself is fine but to me it is just a stadium,
although the view is very good. The let down has been the access to level 3 on the south side. This is where a fair chunk of the stadium sit and access is poor. Big log jam to the escalators.

Oh and if you get a chance check out the fluorescent light and music installation under the pedestrian bridge near the train stations. Done really well.

Train ride from Cannington effortless better than Subi any day supporters club level 3 good before game could give members discount drinks.

Overall an excellent facility, but no personality to speak of. Got fng airless and hot during the Big Bash final when it was pleasant outside. How good would a grassed section to let the sea breeze in have been?
