So it is simple, then some-one is not doing their job, why not? We were told that the "all new, you beaut, state of the art" training facilities at the ETAF would see a reduction in our injury problems and a new era for Freo, but we are still getting the same injuries and the same tired old gobbledygook excuses to justify incompetence.
We need change, and we need it now.
