Well, I'm pretty sure that a lot of people don't really understand what is meant by leadership.
Hark back to Saturday's game. Did anybody on here truly believe there was an abundance of on field leadership out there? The total lack of organisation might give the answer away a little bit. That lack, and it isn't the only time its been observed is what leads me to have doubts.
Strong leaders come to the fore when the chips are down. Others don't.
It doesn't mean that he isn't a great player as he clearly is. It just means that people have doubts over one aspect of him. Following that up with a merchandising spruik right afterwards also adds doubt. A strong leader would have known that was wrong message and if it was a club decision, would have stood against it.
