Definately not!!!
He first needs to have the respect of the playing group and that takes time.
He lashes out in an unmeasured way, his nature is reactive -not proactive. Going crook at teammates doesnt always have a positive effect.
If we were looking for more positive onfield leadership we shouldda snapped up Hodgey when he was available, but supposedly our investment was in youth?!?
This just doesnt make alot of sense to me.
